\u201cMark, what about those allegations from your old tour manager?!\u201d
\u201cDo werewolves even HAVE human rights in most states?!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

That one earned a growl from all three<\/em> wolves. Fans nearby gasped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rest of the band froze behind the barricade \u2014 Jonah wide-eyed, Maya already cracking her knuckles. Diesel stepped off the bus and just sighed<\/em>, jaw flexing as he bit a toothpick with all the menace of a cigarette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then\u2026 silence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thane stepped forward.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crowd parted like prey sensing an alpha.
Shoulders squared. Black polo immaculate. Ice-blue eyes slicing through the sea of lenses like lasers. Clawed hands flexed once at his sides \u2014 not threatening. Just real<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crowd faltered. Some cameras lowered. Some livestreams\u2026 ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maya flipped the nearest camera the bird with a wink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cassie grabbed a fan\u2019s mic and snarled, \u201cNow THAT\u2019S a quote, bitch.<\/em>\u201d before handing it back with a grin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back inside, Diesel just shook his head as the doors closed behind them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
